Contribute 100 Director Nadine Rae has worked in trade unions for 25 years, in camapigning and industrial roles. She has designed key organising and campaigning strategies to deliver membership growth, increased participation and activism, bargaining outcomes, and positive workplace change.

Coaching for Reps and Organisers

We provide coaching for union representatives and staff to seize opportunities and overcome setbacks. Our unique understanding of the trade union movement enables us to support unionists to successfully tackle their day to day organising challenges, where standard coaching falls short.

Learning Journeys for Unoinists

We provide a series of coaching sessions for learners following training, helping them translate and apply their learning to their context and role as a rep or union organiser. This coaching factors in engagement with their mentor or line manager, so people can continue support without being overwhelmed every time someone does a course. This package also includes a learning plan to further their learning journey.

Tailored specifically to address the support needs and challenges facing trade union organisers, this unique coaching package will provide practical actions managers can take immediately, that are not dependent on wider organisational change, just the knowledge that supporting your people delivers results.

We can design and deliver bespoke education courses for members and staff that focusses on the specific challenges your union wants to tackle in the workplaces you represent, and the values you seek to model as an employer.

We offer strategic planning sessions tailored to your specific circumstances and needs. We understand the resource pressures unions face and specialise in facilitating you to create actionable strategies within a constrained budget. We can also develop written strategy documents that are easily understood and enacted by union members and staff.

Debriefing and Analysis

To improve outcomes you need to reflect and analyse your results regularly. This is often helped by having external support so all people can participate in the debriefing process. Contribute 100 Director Nadine Rae has extensive relevant experience of trade union campaigning and can guide these processes for your union, and help develop your own systems and processes for debriefing in the future.

Do you want your experienced staff and reps to mentor others but not sure you can implement an extensive mentoring programme at this time?
